Whenever an airline comes with these offers, most people run for their main site to avail it. What people do not realize is that most of these fares are also available via OTAs (Online Travel Agents). Below you can find a very easy way of getting Rs.500 extra discount per transaction on GoIbibo.
Prerequisite – You need to have never downloaded or used GoIbibo app on your phone. Even if you have, you should have a phone-number never used with the App.
Note – The method mentioned below will help you save money on any Airline and flight ticket. It is not limited to just SpiceJet or this promotional period.
Steps to be followed:
1. You will have to download the GoIbibo app on your phone or tablet. The app is available on both iOS and Android devices. Windows is also supported. Click here to find about the app or just search in your app store.
2. Once you have downloaded the app, register as a new user and use the referral code – “0782365“. When you use this code, you will get Rs. 1000 as GoCash in your wallet which you can start using immediately.
3. Start searching for SpiceJet flight for the dates post 1st July’2015. You should be getting the prices ranging from 599 to 3599 based on what origin and destination you select. The fare is basically calculated on the basis of distance. So if you are flying from Bangalore, you can get 599 fares only for closer locations like Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.
4. Once you choose your flight and proceed to payment, the GoCash discount will get applied. Please note that only Rs.500 discount is possible per transaction per day. So either you book a roundtrip ticket and lower the cost to Rs.698 or you will have to use two different accounts to book.
5. If you book the tickets separately from two different accounts, you can get the fare lowered to Rs.198. Isn’t that awesome.
